Pairings:
Every year we kick things off with a wonderful "Wine Pairing" tasting, which will be hosted by Roz,
at the home of Judy and Leon.
Members each prepare and bring a dish, paired with their favorite
wine match, for said dish. This is an educational--not to mention delicious--event. A good time will be had by all.
Given that many of our members love not only wine,
but also food, this is the place to suggest pairings. Wine
suggestions, recipes...get the idea? Please send in your best
pairing suggestion and we'll post it.

Mushroom Pate: submitted by Richard and Dina
Atkinson "It's good to be the webmistress."
Mushroom Pate is easy to prepare and absolutely delicious.
Recommend pairings include white wines and Pinot Noir. This
was tested and was a great match for multiple wines at a recent
outing hosted by Joe and Kim Tecca.

Panzanella
(recipe) was created, following the Italian tradition of how to
utilize day-old bread. One caveat: It is addictive.
Pairs well with Chianti.
